- DOUGH 70%: water, rice flour, potato starch, vegetable oils in varying proportion (sunflower, palm), vegetable fibre (psyllium), potato flakes (potatoes, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; antioxidant: sodium metabisulphite; turmeric, natural paprika extrakt), sugar, soya protein, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodide), thickeners: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, taragum; yeast, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids. FILLING 30%: semi-concentrated tomato 36%, mozzarella cheese 29% (milk, salt, starter, rennet), water, modified potato starch, iodised salt 1,3% (salt, potassium iodide), extra virgin olive oil 0,7%, oregano, black pepper.

- Method of preparation
- In the oven Defrost the product for 10 minutes, then cook the product in the oven preheated (200° C) for about 7-8 minutes. In the pan: Thaw the product for 10 minutes. Put the product in a non-stick pan with and high rim. Let cook them for 10/12 minutes, turning them delicately.
